This volume (in Spanish) examines the normative architecture governing service of process and judicial notification in the Dominican Republic. Starting from Article 29 of the Constitution, which enshrines Spanish as the official language, it analyzes its projection onto Articles 23 to 28 of the Code of Civil Procedure and the constant jurisprudence of the Supreme Court on procedural nullities arising from defects in translation, form, or competence of the notifier.
